Ink and Paper

I started drawing spirals when I was in states of anxiety, they began as visual depictions of my stress. Then the spirals developed into a method of calming me down. As meditative repetitive action; each line, each wiggle showing where my thoughts deviated. These spirals grew in size, up to 3m wide and often took weeks to complete.
